Alamangganisa

Alamangganisa started in June 2024, is an innovation that combines the Filipino dip, “Alamang”  or shrimp paste with “Longanisa”, a delicacy from Tayug province, to create a unique flavor experience. By utilizing locally made products, the initiative not only promotes traditional cuisine but also provides additional livelihood opportunities for residents and supports the local community.
