PANPACIFIC UNIVERSITY RECOGNIZE AS WORLD UNIVERSITY WITH REAL IMPACT
The Panpacific University Urdaneta Campus was recognized as a Global top innovative Universities around the world and top 49 for the fourth Industrial Revolution Criterion from the World Universities with Real Impact (WURI) 2023.
With the continuous effort and hard work of the administration headed by the University Preseident Dr. Rhonda T. Padilla the University aim to achieved the said ranked through its 4.0 with the following objectives:
1.) establish industry partnerships,
2.) update the curriculum to be at par with industry practice,
3.) develop faculty members and students by sending them to training and certifications,
4.) and develop sustainable development projects.
At present, Panpacific University is in partnership with the leading companies across the globe such as: Microsoft, CISCO, Oracle, and Amazon Web Services.
The University has been identified as one of the few Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines as an authorized testing center for Microsoft Certifications, Oracle Academy, CISCO Academy and AWS Academy.
PanpacificU uses the different learning management systems (LMSs) offered by these well-renowned providers.
The courses in these LMSs are created by experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence(AI), Internet of Things (IOT), Cloud computing and other emerging technologies.
The modules and learning paths from these LMSs are integrated in the curriculum for the students to be globally at par and be equipped with the necessary IT skills needed in the industry.
With these plans put into action, the university has produced certified faculty members and students in their respective fields of interest and aligned technological skills.
Capstone projects like mobile applications and IOT have been created, deployed and implemented with the goal of addressing problems faced by the society.
Lastly, to maintain these established foundations, bridging the gap between the academe and the industry, the university created additional plans to improve its infrastructure, facilities, processes and people to meet and sustain the development goals (SDGs)
