URDANETA CITY, PANGASINAN- Dr. Christine Ferrer, CHED ROI Director IV, and Prof. Clarita Carlos graced the Panpacific University (PU) Commencement Exercises as guests of honor and speakers at the Panpacific University Events Center on September 28-29, 2023.

Dr. Ferrer highlighted the importance of the knowledge that the graduates acquired throughout their academic journey, the values that they carry forward and the character, integrity and ethical conduct that they should uphold.

She also discussed that wisdom is cultivated over time and education must be used to make communities better.

Prof. Carlos underscored the concept of global citizenship and the essence of oneness as a responsibility to protect humanity.
