Panpacific University, staying true to its core values of Pioneer, Compassion, Service and Truth, is rekindling and re-activating the partnership with Commission of Human Rights (CHR) Regional Office 1 being the Center of Human Rights Education, which was launched in February 2018. The renewal of MOA between Panpacific University and Center for Human Rights Education and Commission on Human Rights RO1 was held on September 29, 2022, 10AM at the PCST Hall. The MOA signing was accomplished by the president of Panpacific University, Dr. Rhonda T. Padilla, the Regional Human Rights Director, Atty. Harold D. Kub-aron.
