๐๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ง (๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—) ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ from the Panpacific Business School (PBS) are preparing for a culinary adventure at the ๐•๐ข๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐“๐„๐‚๐‡ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐š ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’: ๐–๐จ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐‚๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž. This program, hosted by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya, Indonesia, will take place from October 28 to November 8, 2024.

The delegation comprises ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ง (๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’) ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐“๐š๐ฒ๐ฎ๐  ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฌ and ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž (๐Ÿ“) ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐”๐ซ๐๐š๐ง๐ž๐ญ๐š ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฌ, all eager to explore Indonesia's rich culinary heritage. Participants will engage in a variety of interactive workshops and sessions that showcase traditional cooking techniques, regional specialties, and the cultural stories that contribute to the nationโ€™s diverse gastronomy.
