Sizzle & Savor

Launched in June of 2024 this project highlights mushrooms as the main ingredient in dishes like sisig, pastil, and empanadas, providing a fresh take on traditional Pinoy recipes. This initiative not only enhances local cuisine but also supports community development by promoting the use of locally sourced crops to create new opportunities for residents.
