World Citi Colleges Benchmarking
The World Citi Colleges paid a visit to Panpacific University to benchmark when it comes to the best practices that the Panpacific University has for its excellent reputation in various academic fields.
Mr. Kristoffer John Panem, Lead for Internationalization office explained how Panpacific University excels in the World University Rankings for Innovation ,students mobility and the international university partners that the Panpacific University has. He emphasized that due to their innovative plans in the future up to today that leads them to the creation of SMART Classroom, as of now there are three smart classrooms in Panpacific University , two from Urdaneta Campus and one in Tayug Campus.
On the other hand, Mr. Marvin Sermonia Jr. discussed the Microcredential courses that the University offers such as Mastering the Mic: The Art of Hosting, Conversational English , English Edge: Accelerated Preparatory Course for International Students,Journey towards Mastering the Basics of Mandarin: Exploring Language and Culture of China, Mastering the Art of Persuasive Business Communication: A micro-credential course for Visionary Leaders, Use of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Writing Correspondence to Formal Communication, Coaching Basketball, Advanced Voyage Planning, Traffic Control and Direction, Utilization of Microsoft Office tools and many more.
Dr. Mylene C. Eublera, Dean for School of Criminology, also discussed the preparation that they do for the Criminology Licensure Examination. She mentioned that, boosting the students morale is the first important thing that should be inculcated in the mind of the board takers, second they conduct qualifying exam to determine if the students are really ready to take the board exam and lastly, the refresher course that they offer for students that will help them passed the board exam.
Meanwhile, the benchmarking discussion evolved around best practices of Panpacific University to International Rankings , preparation for board exams , microcredential courses, finance management, laboratory of each school, and extension programs.
