PANPACIFIC UNIVERSITY'S GLOBAL TIES CONTINUE TO EXPAND

Recently, Panpacific University forged another international linkage aiming to strengthen global ties and enhance the educational system in the Philippines. In September 2023, Panpacific University and ASM Group of Institutes in India formalized a memorandum of understanding. The agreement revolves around the principle of reciprocity, expressing the mutual interest of both parties in exchanging scholars, students, academic information, and materials. The belief is that this exchange will enrich the research and educational processes at both institutions, fostering mutual understanding among their scholars and students through established exchange programs.

The agreement incorporates terms and conditions outlining the commitment of both institutions to develop various programs and activities based on their academic and educational needs. These include the exchange of faculty, undergraduate and/or graduate students, academic information and materials, organization of joint research programs and publications, joint conferences, student visits and seminars, and other agreed-upon joint academic activities. Additionally, the agreement allows the participation of respective students in Summer School Programs.

The signing of the contract was graced by Dr. Sandeep Pachpande, the Chairman of ASM Group of Institutes, and Dr. Engelbert C. Pasag, the Chief Operating Officer of Panpacific University.

As of today, Panpacific University has established partnerships with eight educational institutions internationally.

Lastly, Dr. Rhonda T. Padilla, Panpacific University President has been newly elected as the President of the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementers,Inc. (PAEPI).Her new position reflects the university’s continuous efforts in conducting extension programs.
