[SEVEN HEI ADMINISTRATORS QUALIFIED FOR LDP-HEIs 2024]
𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗘𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗗𝗣-𝗛𝗘𝗜𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
The Commission on Higher Education, Regional Office 1 would like to congratulate Dr. Donna T. Padilla-Taguiba, President of Panpacific University, Dr. Bernardo D. Lamadrid, Executive Director of the Open University System of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, Dr. Liza L. Quimson, the Executive Director of Pangasinan State University, San Carlos Campus, Dr. Renato L. Salcedo, the Executive Director of PSU Lingayen, and Prof. Celeste T. Mercado, the OIC - Vice President for Quality Assurance of PSU, on their selection for the 2024 Leadership Development Program for Higher Education Institutions (LDP-HEIs).
The program is sponsored by the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and The Head Foundation (THF) which gathered 23 HEIs across Southeast Asia in a five-month hybrid program designed to empower institutions to catalyze positive change within their communities.
This initiative proves the continuous commitment of HEIs in upscaling their administrators to new heights of leadership excellence.
