-Transfer Credentials (Copy for Panpacific University)
-PSA Birth Certificate (Colored Xerox Copy)
-GMC / Good Moral Certificate (original)
-Copy of Grades for evaluation of subject (If OTR is not yet available)
Enrollment Guidelines
Step 1: Submit your documents to the Office of the Center for Student Success.
Step 2: Your submission will be evaluated by the Deans.
Step 3: Complete your payment at the Finance Office.
Step 4: Visit the Office of Knowledge Information and Network Systems.
