Step 2: Your submission will be evaluated by the Deans.
Step 3: Complete your payment at the Finance Office.
Step 4: Visit the Office of Knowledge Information and Network Systems.

-Form 137 / SF10 (original)
-Form 138 / SF9 (original)
-GMC / Good Moral Certificate (original)
-PSA Birth Certificat (Colored Xerox Copy)
