Toward the fulfillment of the Vision-Mission, the Institution shall:
Conduct an evaluation-planning workshop at the end of each term as a strategy for development.
Institutionalize a quality customer-service culture in the various customer-service windows of the university.
Periodically monitor the implementation of program/projects identified in the balance scored cards by academic discipline.
Design an institutional highway for development of pertinent programs and projects leading to linkages with the other sectors of society.
Undertake internal supervision of the teaching-learning process in a clinical approach.
