[IZN] [SDG TALKS: SERIES 2]

Panpacific Business School (PBS) successfully hosted the second series of SDG Talks on November 15, 2024, with a focus on SDG 2: Zero Hunger. The event kicked off in the morning, where Tourism Management (TM) and Hospitality Management (HM) students presented a vibrant food booth featuring a variety of traditional Filipino delicacies.

In the afternoon, PBS organized a food repacking station with all the proceeds donated to the PADYAK extension activity on November 16, 2024 at Umingan, Pangasinan.

Furthermore, Mr. Dionisio Tabliga delivered a powerful presentation on SDG 2, emphasizing the urgent need for collective action and innovative solutions to combat hunger in the Philippines.

The event included a Pledge of Commitment to Sustainability and the signing of the SDG Commitment Wall using palm prints, underscoring the importance of individual responsibility in driving positive change.
